Your privacy. Everything you enter stays on this phone. Downdose has no account and no server. The only data that leaves your phone is anonymous usage data (which screens are used, never doses or symptoms) — and you can turn that off in the app under More › Help · Privacy.

What we never collect. Your doses, your plan, your check-ins (stiffness, pain, flares, notes), your sick-day rule, your name, your location.

Anonymous usage data. If you leave "Share anonymous usage data" on, the app sends event names such as dose_marked or history_viewed with a random identifier to Mixpanel (EU servers, api-eu.mixpanel.com). The identifier is not linked to you and is deleted when you turn the switch off. No health values are ever included.

Backups. Your backup is a file encrypted with your recovery key (AES-256-GCM, key derived with HKDF). You choose where to save it — iCloud Drive, Google Drive or anywhere else. Downdose cannot read it without your key. The plain-text export is not encrypted; only use it if you need a readable copy.

Services used. Apple / Google (app store, payments, notifications), Mixpanel (anonymous usage data, EU servers), crash reporting. No other endpoint receives data.

Deleting your data. More › Delete all my data removes everything from this phone, including the recovery key and the analytics identifier.

Not a medical device. Downdose is not a medical device and does not give medical advice. It shows the plan you entered exactly as your doctor wrote it and never suggests doses.

Wenn „Anonyme Nutzungsdaten teilen“ eingeschaltet bleibt, sendet die App Ereignisnamen wie dose_marked oder history_viewed mit einer zufälligen Kennung an Mixpanel (EU-Server, api-eu.mixpanel.com). Die Kennung ist nicht mit Ihnen verknüpft und wird gelöscht, sobald Sie den Schalter ausschalten. Gesundheitswerte sind nie enthalten.

Backups. Ihr Backup ist eine mit Ihrem Wiederherstellungsschlüssel verschlüsselte Datei (AES-256-GCM, Schlüssel per HKDF abgeleitet). Sie wählen den Speicherort — iCloud Drive, Google Drive oder anderswo. Downdose kann sie ohne Ihren Schlüssel nicht lesen. Der Klartext-Export ist nicht verschlüsselt; nutzen Sie ihn nur, wenn Sie eine lesbare Kopie brauchen.

Genutzte Dienste. Apple / Google (App-Store, Zahlungen, Benachrichtigungen), Mixpanel (anonyme Nutzungsdaten, EU-Server), Absturzberichte. Kein anderer Endpunkt erhält Daten.

Daten löschen. Mehr › Alle meine Daten löschen entfernt alles von diesem Telefon, einschließlich Wiederherstellungsschlüssel und Analyse-Kennung.

Kein Medizinprodukt. Downdose ist kein Medizinprodukt und gibt keine medizinischen Ratschläge. Es zeigt den Plan genau so, wie Ihr Arzt ihn aufgeschrieben hat, und schlägt nie Dosen vor.

L'identificativo non è collegato a te e viene eliminato quando disattivi l'interruttore. Non è mai incluso alcun valore sanitario.

Backup. Il backup è un file cifrato con la tua chiave di recupero (AES-256-GCM, chiave derivata con HKDF). Scegli tu dove salvarlo — iCloud Drive, Google Drive o altrove.
